About Us
Event Directors, Mai Luc and Leigh Shuldberg, met during Graduate School at Arizona State and learned of each other's talent and passion for weddings, events and floral design when working on school projects together. Their first event to design and coordinate as a team was Leigh's wedding. The two worked great together and Cheval Events was born.

 Mai is an Arizona native, currently residing in Mesa, Arizona. She has been creating beautiful floral creations for over 10 years and has a passion for helping brides find the perfect design for their weddings. Mai has extensive experience organizing and planning events and has spearheaded a myriad of functions through the years. Mai earned her MBA from Arizona State in 2006 and is currently working in Scottsdale for a small wholesale insurance brokerage firm. In her spare time, Mai enjoys spending time with her family, playing fetch with her dog Paddington, and volunteering in the community. |
Leigh Shuldberg |
Leigh, also an Arizona native, resides in the West Valley. Her extensive event design experience derives from working as an event planner and marketing professional for several valley corporations.
Leigh currently works part-time for a Scottsdale Pharmaceutical company. She earned her Bachelor's degree and MBA from Arizona State University. She enjoys riding her horses with her family. |
